Beverage Director was founded by Cody Deatker, an Adelaide-based drinks and hospitality professional whose career has spanned premium hotels, bars, venue operations, events and the Australian spirits industry.
From leading beverage programs at Mayfair Hotel and Hains & Co to working with hundreds of hospitality venues through Never Never Distilling Co., Cody has spent his career on both sides of the bar, creating memorable experiences for guests and understanding what makes them work commercially for venues.
